Try Rod Williams out of Eugene Oregon, RawHides I believe is his website. My whip is the sweetest, even Joe Wheeler said it was a nice whip. Oh of course Joe Wheeler but you could wait a few years for it.

The whole thing about David Morgan not selling a whip for bdsm use is not true - it may have been once, but no longer - the organiser of my local munch knows David and has told me (when I brought that same 'don't let DM know it is for use on humans" thing up) that David has attended munchs and BDSM conferences and has even given lectures and demos on safe whip usage

My singletail is a 3 foot long one from David Morgan - I am quite satisfied with it - it is well balanced and throws well - I would recommend David Morgan to anyone looking for a quality, well made whip

My favorite whip maker is Victor Tella. (www.snakewhip.com) His prices are high, but competative.....but the quality can't be surpassed IMO.
