ok i'm a fan pf piercings but holy crap this blows my mind and just thought i'ld share this wounderful idea

I had rings sewed on back and we laced pink polka dot ribbon through the rings. It looked lovely. A fetish ball was the reason to have it done. It was a lot of fun.

I LOVE corset piercings. They're very temporary since they're a surface piercing and the body tends to reject them after a couple of days, but as a showpiece for a fetish ball or a performance or something? Deeeeeeeelicious.

When I get back into burlesque and pinup I definitely plan to get a set of these.

If done right you can get a very similar effect with Medical Staples... (works quite well since the staples lay flat, but you can't pull as tightly)

the other benefit of medical staples is that they are not as Deep so they do less damage while in, and heal faster.(very easy to do a new corset on a very regular basis)

Though the Hooks are great, its so hard toget them to heal properly(and evenly) think about it if even One Ring doesn't heal right it ruins the whole piece. not good odds if you ask me.

Before you get them installed permanently, do read up on them on BMEzine. According to them, plain rings are problematic long-term.

I saw this being done at fetish ball three years ago. I watched all the piercings and thought that was cool. Then they laced it up. It blew my mind! Yes, it looks very sexy. Watched a stapler being used in a scene last year. The benefits of that method make sense, but I love the way the rings look.

Any surface piercings need to be done in a well-reputed, CLEAN piercing studio- no piercings should be done in the mall, period, even ears (lessens risk of infection and shock to body by a needle instead of a gun). The costs will vary depending not only on the piercer, how many piercings, but the type of jewelry that is put in.

These are incredibly sexy and soooo beautiful!! If I wasn't such a scaredy-cat I'd get them done once, probably as a temp piercing.
