Unblock a person? I have no personal experience in blocking anyone so I'm going to give you my advice based purely on common sense.
I'd go to the other side...where it says admirer's...blocked users...etc..etc
Go to the blocked and unblock whoever it is.

go to the you main page and click on the [blocked users]button.
next to the person you want to unblock there's a little (x) button.

click on that.
