Status: offline 		We haven't firmed up a date yet, but my actual birthday is July 26, and it's easier for me to beg/whine/plead for someone to watch my kids for a week if I can say, "but its for my birthdayyyyyyyyyyyyyy".

This year I went for a week (poor, poor CJ, having to put up with me for a week), and everyone else made it a long weekend.

We're glad to have our plans match up with everyones. If we weren't already booked we would have joined you there.

Now - who is up for a trip to the 'Green Door'? We've never been there and we were planning on checking it out this trip. Also hear that a new club was opened. Maybe a trip to Lady C's? http://www.ladycleather.com/ It's where beth's harness and cuffs were made.

i really did want to make this Vegas gathering. i already have plans for Folsom Fringe and Folsom Street Fair...just cannot swing two trips in less than a month. there is a lot of turmoil (new management) at work too which is not making it any easier to ask for short notice time off. thanks Ascher for thinking it sucks along with me...lol

Status: offline 		I spoke to Steel last night and told him I was jealous because we had a total of 6 peeps at my birthday and so far 9 at his.  He was greatly surprised at the number of people that are attending. 

There are only two things that he's mentioned that he wants to do - he wants to eat at Todai, which is a Japanese sushi buffet that he's been to in the past and really liked it, and well, he didn't say he wanted to go to the Green Door, but he asked me if we wanted to go.  He said the advantage would be that it's a fully equipped dungeon, although he also said that he doesn't do public scenes.

I knew Steel had good taste!!
There's a Todai in San Diego, and it's one of my favourite restaraunts. For those not into sushi, they have cooked seafood as well.
