hehe. My 23rd is today, the one birthday where your age matches the date. My family and I are going a little bit backwards in time, in that we're decorating, putting up balloons streamers and I am coloring happy birthday pages and letters to put up.. This year I had wanted to go extreamly classy but my bf will be missing my bday cause of turkey day plans*boo hiss hiss* So I decided to go in the opsit direction of classy and go kiddish for something special since we never decorate. I am also taking lots of pictures and I painted ballons with happy 23rd and happy birthday and 23. and I put streamers on the ballons and I am going to put together a birthday scrap book. offic max had one on sale for 7 dollars the kit small ones but I didn't want top loading but I had an idea, you can cut the plastic of top loader edges if you're very carefull
