i actually like making eye contact during sex....its after i get in trouble/punishments i don't, i don't want to see the disappointment, bad enough i can hear it in His voice..

Ya.. having my eyes open actually makes me lose focus most of the time.. But, I have, I can, it's a very intimate thing for me and something I don't share with my partners unless I am completely comfortable because it makes me feel very vulnerable - then again, I've had some very passionate moments this way too.

I keep my eyes closed with hubby. It helps me focus more on whats going on. If my eyes are open I feel distracted by my surroundings... I dont think I have intimacy issues with him, but who knows Im not a shrink... I just do it for focus reasons. The minute I have to open my eyes I snap out of the mode and I lose it. I cant focus on other things while we are together.

If it's a play session I may or may not close my eyes. It depends on the purpose of the session. If it's to get me into a warm, fuzzy place, then I close my eyes and let myself experience it completely. If it's to provide someone with a practice pad I do a better job of using my hee-pahs (thanks, birthing classes!) so I can endure.

Sex is a whole other thing. It tends to be a combination of open and closed, depending on where we are in the process. Pubic hairs HURT if they get in my eyes.

I prefer keeping my eyes closed but Master when we are scening/playing and he wants my attention he wants my eyes opened and looking at him or watching. It is a bit of a challenge for me to keep my eyes open but I do it.
