Quite a while ago, on one of our millions of diet threads, someone posted an FDA website that listed all the nutrition information (calories, fat, sodium, carbs, protien, etc) for common foods like fruits and vegetables and meats that dont usually grow with the nutrition label already attached.... I really really should have bookmarked it but silly me... Anyway, Ive tried googleing it and Ive tried searching for the thread on here with no luck. If anyone knows the website Im talking about and could post the link it would be most appreciated. Thanks, ghita~
