Since I know I will be asked about this ad nauseum, I thought I would post. Yes, this is in the right place, this is a hugely positive thing. I released my Angel today. He has met someone and he is happy. I have always said that when that happened, I was not going to stand in the way. I now have a bigger, though more extended, happy family out here. There is nothing quite like seeing someone you love truly happy for possibly the first time since you've known them. Before anyone does so, please dont tell me you are sorry... I am not. This is what I wanted, for him to find someone who feels about him the way he feels about her. He and I never did have a romantic connection, and I wanted that for him elsewhere. I have Fox, he deserved to have someone. The best part of it is that we all know one another (or will shortly) and the new relationship is not going to mean that I have to give up my time with him. There will be no jealousy, no issues and no problems. Just a very happy group of people, all now fulfilled in what they always wanted and needed. I wish the best to both of them, and hope to be around to see a lot of it. DV

Hello DV, I'm glad that you see this as a positive thing. I'm not going to say that I'm sorry. If this is what your boy needs and deserves, I know what you are doing is right. I know that all of you will find new ways to appreciate each other and have some wonderful things in your future. The greatest thing about adding members to the family is that there are more people to love. My best wishes to you, your boys, and the newest member of the family.

DV, this is wonderful that you can see this! I've often read your posts about your boys, and can tell the depth of your feelings towards them, and your own capability of giving of yourself. You both were very lucky indeed for the time you spent together, and I'm sure Angel has taken many great lessons and memories with him. And I agree with LP....you can never have too much family!

I hope the thoughts stay happy... but in the tiniest way, I do feel sorry. I am waiting for Silk to get her positive exp on here, even though her other half doesnt ever seem to be on the forums. She is the wonderful new addition, for those who hadnt figured that out, and she is going to be helping me plan my wedding and everything. I love it when things work out so incredibly well. DV and no, silk, you cannot say you are sorry.

~Fast Reply~ blinkblink ... And I just realized that Silk is the same lovely woman who taught me how to dye my hair with Kool-Aid many a year ago. I'm glad things are going well though. hugs to everyone! I know these moments are always both wonderful and sad.
