Status: offline 		People should be fined and jailed for drug seeking behavior. i'm so afraid that someone will think that's what i'm doing that i don't want to go back to the ER or convienent care and tell them the pain pills are not working.

Maybe that's why people shouldn't be jailed for it.  It's hard to tell what's seeking relief from legitimate pain and what's drug seeking.  Let alone gather enough evidence of it for a conviction. There are enough people in our jails for drug related crimes as it is withut adding more to it, although I'm sure it must be frustrating to be suspected when you are just trying to get some relief.

i apologize and need to tell You i don't actually believe what i wrote. i'm just really frustrated right now. In all actuality, i maintain an avid position for decriminalizing behaviors surrounding a persons disease. i have no idea if i'm even making sense right now.

This is the reason all the snowbirds, translation=old folks,  get Arizona licenses....they are good for forever!!!!!  I don't even have to think about renewing mine until I'm 60!!!!!!!  That's 23 YEARS from now......

There should be laws against uncommon stupidity. Not just regular stupidity, but the moronorific and sucktacular uncommon kind.

That said, there should be a law against doctors accusing their patients of being addicted to pain killers, when there is OBVIOUS evidence of a medical problem. Their insensitivity makes their patients with REAL physical problems reluctant to say anything, and thus, suffer silently. Not to mention that they are unqualified to determine addiction vs tolerance.
