I know some of you have been following this, I'm almost excited. It's almost here
In April, 2008, Damien filed a Motion For in Circuit Court, based on many of the previously asserted claims (i.e. DNA and new forensic evidence).
On April 15, all interested parties participated in a brief scheduling hearing in Judge Burnett's courtroom. It was decided that full hearings would begin on September 8. Judge Burnett also issued a "gag rule," telling attorneys on both sides that any contact with the media was forbidden.
