Good morning!
I had a question for those of you that are either 24/7 or see their Doms quite frequently. How long does it take for the general soreness of one's body muscles' to heal? I see Daddy about 3x a week, only for an hour and more often than not, we do play a bit. But my body seems to ache a bit more now than if we were to wait 1-2 weeks between playing like we used to. Mostly my back and neck muscles. And is there anything else besides hot showers and rubs that I can do to speed up the soreness going away?
I had to ask since I hate being sick or sore with so many house chores and family to do/take care of. I hope to hear from someone who can help. Just quite a switch going from once a month to every other day. Thank you and have a great week!

You need to do stretching exercises every day. Yoga or Pilates, any kind of core muscle strengthener will help your back.

As far as your neck, that's something to figure out immediately. Are you tensing your neck muscles in anticipation of the pain? You need to pay attention to keeping your posture correct. Maybe you could suggest a posture collar once the stiffness goes away. In the meantime, you may want to see a chiropractor.

And how old is your mattress? If approaching ten years, it's due for a replacement.
