We had a brilliant weekend.  Darcy was able to get tickets for a Gary Numan gig at the Indigo and that was absolutely fantastic to attend.  I think I annoyed some people by knocking into them when I got lost in the experience - ah well - gotta let go hey?  I have requested Darcy if he will discipline me if I ever start dancing like a 30+ year old though.  I'd rather mosh.

We believe we are so blessed.  We get to live in the the best part of the world, and have a great pick of people to meet.  We discussed our experiences and decided it comes down to one of two options.  We are either just really lucky, or we make great decisions.
Maybe it's both!

But before the gig, we had the biggest pleasure ever in meeting up with stella for coffee and yummy italian bread.
She is amazing, seriously.  So interesting with so many projects on the go I wonder how she finds the time.  And she has the sweetest giggle!  The wonderful house warming gift she gave us is sitting proudly by the fireplace (along with those flamingos, GT!)

We are really looking forward to supporting the Battersea Munch and cannot wait to meet up again.

I am pretty sure that rather that it being attributable to luck or any such thing it is more likely to do with the two of you being sincere and open-hearted people who attract similar into your lives.

It sounds like you all had a fabulous time!!

You are so kind to say that, really.  And yes we did have a great time - apart from the fact that now my neck hurts from so much moshing... and looking up at stella!  I am soooo short.

It only takes half an hour in the presence of Darcyandthedark to make you believe you've known them for years, and after an hour, that they're your life long friends.

Finding this quality in one person is a challenge enough in itself, but to find it in two, and in the same couple?

Such is the experience with these two people. Looking forward to seeing you again at the munch down in Battersea.

I am hoping to get to England some day and meet my friends. I know it will be a wonderful experience of tears and laughter. London is calling me and so is Southampton! I hope to be able some day to answer the call.

*smooches and hugs*

I was saving money to take me to England in my early 20's. I moved out of my parents house with the money instead! I'm sorry I didnt go but it was a good move.

This is Darcy

I'd just like to reiterate the.dark.'s words and say what a pleasure it was to spend the afternoon with Stella. She has a wonderfully creative mind, something that always appeals to me, and within minutes of meeting and ordering coffees it felt like settling into the company of an old friend.
