Somehow, I "inherited" a stuffed rainbow trout body pillow from the guy I was dating at the time...his sister got it for HIM for Christmas, but it never made it to his house..just to mine......still have it, even tho it's leaking stuffing...believe it or not, it was the ONLY thing I kept when he dumped me......hey! it's comfy! What's jewelry compared to one's comfort in bed????

generic cat food and Charmin toilet paper...on Super Bowl Sunday. My car had been totalled and my future wife listened to me cry during the first quarter of the game and came all the way down to my house...30 min hard drive...to get there before the second half to bring me the two things that i needed that i couldnt get as my car was completely crumpled.

I've had some weird gifts over the years, this previous christmas I received 1 pierced earring from my mother (I haven't pierced ears lol) and a lot of friends bring me strange things they've found. The following is taken from a journal entry I wrote awhile ago (sorry I can't get the font to change) when a friend named Kim brought me an early bday present.

yeah ok. let me set the scenario.
kim calls me, heyyy camille i got something for you!
me: yay cool

kim: yeah its been in MY TRUNK for a few days and i gotta give it to you tonight.
me: sure no problem, come on over.
*insert mood music of your choice here*
kim arrives, she and i stroll out into the sunny summer day. meandering along the driveway is her happy go lucky boyfriend Craig with a smile on his face.
kim: heyhey Craig where is...............

Craig points to a rock. i squint, fuzzy with sleep and blinking in the bright sunlight. dust motes dance in the sunbeams as i bend over and take one step closer.
me: ooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo A TURTLE COOOOOLLLL um, its...

yeah i touched it and yeah im gonna try and dissect (sp) it for the skull and teeth. and oh, they weren't dust motes they were flies.
