For some odd reason I am unable to reply to any of my messages in CM, and I cannot figure out what the problem is.  I would be so grateful if anyone could help me solve this problem......

Hello, I was having the problem that my messages were not delivered but marked read. Scroll down the page till the end and in the last line click on "support" and thend them a message, they will fix this problem then.

Let me re-word the problem.......I cannot respond to any messages I receive nor can I contact support.   I also am unable to add to my journal or to perform any functions whatsoever in CM.......
 
I need an answer from anyone with technical knowledge to help me with this
mysterious aggrevating problem........

Obviously I can't speak for Cali, but I imagine that she asked you because sometimes you can get a conflict between the browser you use and the site software.  Some of my sites go wacky when I view them through other browsers other than IE.  Have you tried accessing the site with a different browser?

I asked because the problems you are describing seem more common with Firefox or other browsers.  Have you tried accessing CM from another computer?  If the problem is not present on the other computer, then you know your problem is with your computer, your browser, your settings, etc.

If the problem is still present on another computer, then you could try making another account temporarily just to contact support and ask for their help.

That is a drawback to Firefox and some other browsers.

Thank you all for your replies.    I found out that i do not have internet explorer.....and must reconnect using Microsoft Support,
for a lovely fee of $59.
 
I have no idea how i became disconnected.....but will hopefully be up and running straight away.

Internet Explorer is free you might however need a net based fountain pen. I know a small company that sells such net fountain pens and they currently have a sale on meaning many of them are under $250, which is quite a bargain when you consider what these devices allow us to do and how we normally take them for granted.[8|]
