I wouldn't know. I suggest you buy some and read the instructions on the packaging.

Well they are nothing more than an enema nozzle (a butplug with a tube inside) attached to a pair of rubber pants. You wear them with the plug in your anus while the tube going trough the plug is used to fill your bowls with fluid.
