Master always introduces me as His girlfriend. Which, in many ways, I am. The details aren't anyone else's business.

I introduce Him by His name. (He is Master of me, not them.) They usually get the more-than-friends relationship by the way I am looking at Him, holding His arm and hanging on His every word. (Alright, I'm a bit gaga over Him, but, can you blame me?)
