Hello everyone! Deanna and I are back together in PA, and this week we are going to view houses together! Wednesday in fact, and the one we decide on will be the one we are persuing to buy, and eventually make our home together. Quite an exciting time indeed! Too bad I have to work 16 hours today though! YUCK!!!! Maybe luck will have it I'll get the night shift off! Continued happiness and best wishes to all. As the threads here can attest, you can meet that someone special on CM.

My munchkins think it is great fun. They would have us out every single day looking for new caches if it were up to them! One of the best things is they get lots of exercise while we are doing it and they don't even realize it.

Just got back from dropping off my dearest Deanna at the airport. How I truly hate saying goodbye, now for the sixth time. It never gets any easier, even knowing the time is getting nearer where this no longer occurs. It doesn't soften the blow of the stark realization, on the night before, that we will be heading off to the airport in a few hours. It's never enough time together. But our love is strong, and we can endure the pain and the tears. We have now picked a home to make an offer on, and with crossed fingers, we hope all goes well in the process, and the process is quick. Wishing all the best in your search, and that some day you will be posting on the PE thread for us to share in your joy. Until the next time... To be continued...

Hello everyone! We pulled into the driveway last Sunday, and now are a week already together! A very rocky start with things, emotions high, everyone exhausted, nerves on end. But now a week in, the UM's are in school, the house is (slowly!) coming together. Exhausted from lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, you name it, then back to work. Amazing where we are now, ten months after first getting to know each other. It seems at times I've already been given a lifetime of memories, yet the surface has just been scratched. I am so grateful for how fate brought us together on this site. We have discussed briefly about putting up a couple profile, so that may be forthcoming in the near future. I wish all the same happiness we have found!

Hello everyone! As some of you all know, Deanna (Cravesdom) and I had our little one Saturday, August 29th. It's been amazing where we have gone since that first night we chatted here on CM. Now, almost a year since we first met in person, we have a wonderful home, a beautiful family, and I have never been happier in my entire life. Everyday is a new and wonderful adventure. Who knew the mischief two subs getting together could cause! Blessings to everyone!

I was so consumed with love for our cherished creation, and I realized, how precious a new life is, and my time on this earth wasn't wasted on just myself. I felt like I finally grew up, and fully became the kind of man my parents raised me to become. He bonds Deanna and I so deeply, completely. BTW, I proposed that night...she said YES!!!!

It's funny that you said about the same thing Jimmy said when he held our son for the first time...basically he finally knew what his life was about. So sweet!! I was really lucky with one thing. I had a c-section and they hustled Jim out of the OR as soon as the LoudOne was born. A very wonderful friend was outside of the nursery room with a video cam and filmed Jim as he held the LoudOne for the first time, so i got to see him, and his expression... and i am starting to get teary eyed...[:)]

It's been six wonderful months now. Little Connor is now 3 months old, and he's the joy of my life. Deanna and I continue to grow in our happiness, and setting goals for the future. Not that there hasn't been a lot of rock times with the older UM's!! I just wonder were WE like that when we were younger?!?!?! It is so funny, that even though I never thought I would become a dad, now I am one, and it's as if I was born for the role. Of course I'm still learning as that goes, it seems it is true what so many have said...you just kind of go with your instincts. Deanna hasn't been on in so long, and we have talked often about how we don't get on the site like we used to. Please know that she hasn't forgotten about you all, just with the new guy and keeping the older ones from killing each other is a full time job! We are also well into our second year since we first got to know each other. Amazing how long it's been already, and yet it seems like yesterday. I'd just like any new folks who happen to read these threads to know you CAN find that someone here on CM, as this thread and others can attest.
