Hi,

Not sure what you mean by this as i have been getting waxed for about 3 years now. Not only is the hair lighter it is also almost gone in spots! So for me, waxing is the cheaper way to go, since i can not afford the upfront costs of laser, but i can afford it once a month which is all i go. And yes pretty much waxed from the neck down.
