Status: offline 		i need a program or something so i can design collars and tattoos to prepose to my dom when i get one so that i can share with him my ideas and paint isnt the friendliest way or program to do so. any one with ideas to help me with designing them please send me a CMail or post here.

Status: offline 		Are you looking for a free program, or a graphics program that costs money?  And isn't this sort of like picking out the flavor of your wedding cake before you're even dating someone?  What if he isn't interested in hearing your ideas about the cake?  What if he doesn't approve of cake?  What if he says that you're a little too interested in the cake and not enough interested in the marriage itself?

Status: offline 		I personally know of nothing specifically designed for those tasks.

For those projects, I'd likely sketch them on paper, scan the art into the PC on a flatbed scanner, and then perhaps add color and detail using Photoshop, if that's really necessary. I assume there are shareware/freeware Photoshop alternatives out there, but I'm just not sure what they would be called. Paint Shop Pro is similar but I believe its shareware.

Hope this helps in some small way...
