Well eugenics is a sort of rule by genetics and the Illuminati rule our finances at least as they hold the great unwashed in slavery to their debt.
It is the Illuminati a shadowy group one could assert IS the Bilderburg group and their co-conspirators that own the 'federal' or 'govt,' central banks (all private and owners of record unobtainable) around the world and are merrily collecting interest on all of the western world's currencies. So, we can subtract Islam, the communists among others that don't live to make a profit or as about 6 billion people do...to provide one.
It is possible to argue that those such as Chavez (Venezuala) Putin (Russia) having to rely upon western currencies...are unreliable and will not be cooperative. It is only a matter of time because even if they don't like the dollar the only real alternative is the Euro.
Iraq (Saddam) was going to start an oil exchange in Euros...'WE' couldn't let that happen...we invade. Iran is now talking of the same...if they pursue this...we will invade for the same reason as they are still years away from any nukes. Nukes just as in Iraq will be the ruse underwhich we do finally invade.
But you'll be happy to learn that the Bilderburg group (met in Chantilly, Va. 1st week of June) told Bush...bombing Iran at this time is off the table. Another president will get to have all that fun.
Now if eugenics produces a better race of people better able to handle more debt...then we WILL see it pursued.
