Status: offline 		I've been sick for two weeks now, with the worst of it being when a friend had to drag me to the hospital Sunday night. Haven't even LEFT MY ROOM in two days now and I'm going absolutely crazy and want to rant and complain and find new people to talk to or to amuse me.

So... hi! :) *waves*

What's sad is I actually DON'T have anything better to do than attention-whore myself out on online message boards. At least, not anything I'm physically capable of doing.

Status: offline 		Unfortunately, I HAVE made a lot of my friends sick already... except for the ones I'm sleeping with, somehow. Neither of them are sick, but I have to keep reminding them I'm off limits for sex for AT LEAST a week.... Sick sex baaaaaaaaad.

Call me out of the loop... but what is a fur, exactly? and/or a hamster? It's a new one to me.

Status: offline 		Furs are people obsessed with animals with human characteristics. And, personality-wise, tend to be very touch-feely-cuddly-etc. There's a link to someplace with a much better explanation in my *meep* post in the intro section. Unless you have other specific questions.

Anyway, furs have a "fursona," with a certain species whose traits they like/emulate/whatever, and mine is a hamster named Kieryn.

Status: offline 		Rest, water, vitamins, hot showers, spicy food, and and a grilled mushroom swiss cheese burger with tator tots and an extra large DP will do the trick for ya. So stand up and stretch. If you aren't feeling good by this weekend I suggest to see a nutrionist first then doctor seccond to have your blood sugar, thyroid, and diet checked out. But instead of just chatting, don't forget to play some spades. Since you like role play, there are still some RPC and MUDs out there as well. If nothing else, atleast have time to practice roleing your dice. I don't know all your symptoms but it sounds like you are getting over the flu or something similar to it. So be sure to sip down some chicken soup and crackers.

Don't wory. One way or another you'll be back on your feet bent over ready for flogging.

Status: offline 		I actually know what I have- bronchitis. And I have chronic asthma, and bronchitis and asthma don't like each other too much. Friend of mine actually had to drag me to the hospital Sunday night because the breathing thing wasn't going too well.

I tried to go to class this morning, but I got out of bed and I think my lungs STAYED THERE so I crawled back in to be reattach myself to them. I've been sitting around eating honey sandwiches, which probably aren't the greatest idea either. I tried a hot shower the other day, but it was... uh... with a friend... so, needless to say, I came out feeling WORSE.

But I haven't been stupid the last two days. I've sat here, at home, alone, trying to take care of myself and sleeping a lot. And going stir crazy.

I have a four hour long LARP tomorrow night that I really have to make it to, too....

I've been there myself a few times back when I played out door LARP! However, I've learned over the years that LARP dosen't get the bills payed. Socialization and getting out is fun, but in this weather is it really worth getting yourself even more sick for another week? I'm sure that most of your LARP friends and the ST's would rather see you get better than having you there to fit into there plots for the night. Other than that, you current condition will effect how you play your characters. Do you really want to jeaprodize all the hard work you've put into your characters because you feel you have to be there?" Just take a break. This way neither your characters nor you will end up worse or dead.

Is this your STATUS or your CHARACTERS STATUS? . Acknowledgement is easy status and can be obtained in any game with any new or old character. OOC situations of taking a night off isn't going to hurt the game nor your character. Your character can't live without you. Hell, even being the Prince and having a status of Eight dosen't get your bills paid, your grades up, nor dose anything to boost your physical health. A little fresh air won't hurt you so if you really just want to play, then just show up for some quick scenes that other peoples characters may need you for then leave straight for the after party or what I inveted as a "Changeling Game" Long Story. Just e-mail me if you would like details.

Any how, I hope you have medication and some over the counter products to supstitute some of your prescribed medications. After all, that tussinex hydrocodone mix may not be the best thing for your character.

Status: offline 		For the record, I am feeling SLIGHTLY better and went to LARP and had an amazing game, probably my best ever. And I've returned to my... sexual habits... as well, with very little harm done. Yayy! :)

Status: offline 		I really like LARP. TT is appealing, to a degree, but I love LARPing. I also just got off the greatest game EVER, I swear. Had an amazing time last night... even though I got the shit beat out of me in character. Alas, I am Brujah. It happens.

Status: offline 		I played a Toreador when I first started LARPing it at fourteen while Masquerade was still going on, then I dropped out of the game for a few years and got back into it when Requiem came out. I played a Daeva briefly, then switched to a Mekhet.
