Status: offline 		 I've been talking to a slave whos MASTER is having it wear a butt plug 24/7.Starting with a small one and is now worked up to med.This has been going on for a long period of time.My question is,are there any short or long term hazards?Could this possibly stretch the anus to the point that it will not be able to keep from crappin its pants?

Status: offline 		Possibly when the plug gets to be the size of a 5 gallon bucket...LOL!   Just joking...Im sure after a point there will be some sort of physical ramifications. There would have to be...OUCH!

Status: offline 		Constant butt-plug use (and increasing in size) CAN cause stretchage of both sphincters in the anus.

However there IS a lovely thing called kegal excercises (though I probably spelled them wrong). It would probably take a while, but they would be able to work their muscles back to tightness.

The main concern would be that the slave is still going to the bathroom regularly and making sure to take the butt plug out often enough to do so.

Status: offline 		kegals, the ones I know of, are for strengthinging the floor walls of the pussy. that increases the ability to squeeze a man when being fucked and helps prevent incontinence when peeing. Not pooping that I know of.

Actually... kegel exercises strengthen the pelvic floor, which supports the bladder, bowl and the uterus.  The rectum is pretty involved when you do kegal exercises.  I would not stake anything on the fact that it would help one avoid fecal incontinence.. but its always worth a shot (and is a good thing to do reguardless of anything else.)

i have visited many BDSM communities, and i find this topic of 24/7 wear every once in a great while. i remember vividly i had the opportunity to chat with a male submissive by the name of 'Nicole's Slave' on www.bondage.com. In a chat room one day, he told me that his Mistress keeps him 'permanently plugged' using a locking butt plug harness. Nicole's Slave told me that he is required to wear a medium plug at all times, even while at work or while sleeping, and was allowed only two toilet breaks per day for the obvious.
i can't imagine the anus being able to even come close to re-tightening after months/years of 24/7 wear.
While i personally find 24/7 wear borderline absurd, i respect the fact that Nicole's Slave was indeed so willing and submissive to surrender a very private part of his body to Mistress Nicole. Without a doubt, his buttplug was very, very effective in inducing deep submission.
i guess its each to his or her own...

Status: offline 		Butt plugs are good fun, but if you keep m in very long then your anus goes dry and tight around it and by the time you want it out you have to be real careful not to damage your skin; put a bit of spit on and really carfully take it out.
If you're just starting with this practise you should know that sometimes shuffing something up a hole that usually only things come out of can actually make you want to poop.
Also after wearing it for some time you might get stomach cramps caused by trapped gas. I believe there are special plugs on the market with holes in to alow for the gas to escape.

I personally think it is crazy to put a plug in 24/7 but everybody to their own

Status: offline 		The intent of the Kegel exercise was originally to help with urinary incontinence.  It does however have more effects than just that.  It was intended as PT, but the practitioners reported increases in sexual pleasure (much like the way viagra was discovered as an ED med).  That's where the confusion arises, it's original purpose was something esle.  It will help strengthen the sphincter. 

About health concerns - they're not actually wearing it 24 hours a day 7 days a week right?  That's not healthy for obvious reasons. 

Also it should clean the plug often.  Your intestines contain a lot of bacteria some of which will travel to the rectum and consequently onto the plug.  It's inherently a dirty area and especially the part on the outside has to be kept clean or an infection will occur sooner or later.

This would be my main concern too.  If I was the master in this case I'd probably insist on a weekly enema ease any chance of infection from foreign particles entering.

I'm pretty sure I saw a TV show where it said the outside of the ass was actually really clean, but I do agree about cleaning it regularly
