So, here's my little piece of advice. The proper position makes the hugest difference. I personally prefer kneeling on the floor in front of My Lord, as the angle seems to be exactly right. Due to the fact that I'm so good at it, his knees prefer the bed. There it is best for me to be between his legs, with him lying on his back. I find that if I place my thumb at the base, I can guide it more carefully. Sometimes, laying on our sides, we can duplicate standing, but it doesn't always work. Laying on your back on the bed with your head off is a good way, but it takes a little practice to get it right, and then it's still hard to get the angle right. I also like kneeling on the floor in front of him either sitting on the edge of the bed or back in a chair. It's almost as good an angle as standing. Also, make sure your hair is ALL the way out of the way. Not only is it distracting, it can get in your mouth and aggravate the gag reflex. Lady..........I find that if you kneel in front of him and he will take his time,he can find that special spot that will open right up for you and slide right down one side of your throat without gaging.......smiles!
