Just got a message today from Calliopepurple she asked me to let everybody know that she is ok she just lost her internet and hasn't had it since Oct. She was afraid of letting everyone worry.

That was very nice of her to let us know. I am glad she is okay, and look forward to her return.

With any luck there's a library near by. What are her chances about finding friends in her area with internet? Anyhow, I hope she'll come back with a better computer and faster internet. It's good to know that things are going alright. Wish her a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year for me.

Ah, but therein lies the problem. Most libraries or places with public access computers won't let you log in to this site. I've tried at Kinko's, the local library, and on campus at Purdue. None of them would let me on.
