This issue took a while. Real life keeps getting in the way but we did it and here’s what you get in our Summer/Fall issue:
The Features section has Bill Reed giving some tips on Scene Etiquette, a good refresher for those who’ve been around a while and great guidelines for those are new to our world. KJPS Howe gives us his perspective on history, and Catherine Gross talks about being a good Top.
In the Review section we’re packed full with five book reviews by Jean Roberta and Leather Prof tells us about his kinky kamping trip to Summrtreat in Edmonton Alberta.
We have art to drool over by Rick Savage and erotica to drool over by the delightful Aine. Our Dom of the Month (season?) is Mistress Kruel from Australia, and we interview Sebaztian who talks about his ‘House’, what it is and their member’s philosophy with regards to BDSM.
Regular columnist Rick Umbaugh considers Zen and BDSM (editors note this is one of my favourite columns from Rick), Mistress Rana rants away about “cures” for femdommes (eep!). In Sub Missives Brie discusses sub drop and gives a little insight into what it is and what you, as a top, can do for it. And, we’re happy to announce our newest columnist Liz D, who will be writing for Switch’s Corner. Liz is highly educated and strongly opinioned, look for some interesting writing in that column!
We have a fun article for the Dungeon this issue – ever thought of going green? Well Mystress Lady Evyl did and shared her ideas with us. Also, pop into Odds and Sods, we have some good links and interesting news stories there this time round – ever seen Jessica Alba in bondage? If not… :)
