Whats with all the [Awaiting Approval] posts I've been seeing latly?

Speaking from a wealth of experience on the subject matter its when you either flame someone, do something against the TOS, um abuse the mods, critise the boards. When you come back... If you disobey those again within quick sucession then you get banned for a set period of time. After that I have no idea.
