Ya Holly, fresh escargots make all the difference, no such thing as canned, wil not work. Add a can of Ale to make it 'pop'.

I can't beleive I forgot the splattered pumpkin! I spent yesterday afternoon in Morton, IL at their annual Punkin Chuckin event. I now know the best pie filling comes from the remains of the pumpkins when they've landed, assuming they can be found... So this thread has become (perhaps by design?) What's the Grossest Food You Can Pair With Peach Pie? I think we've all missed the most obvious: any soft drink such as Coke or Pepsi. For maximum effect it should be diet and a variation of the original. Something like Diet Cherry Vanilla Lime Dr Pepper. ~Dave
