I'm doing a paper on
Is the use of the D/s lifestyle a safe way to enjoy physical contact without contracting an STD? I am NOT asking for your opinion. I need to have "research" for this paper. I am arguing both sides of the question. What I would like to know is what are some good sound sites that I can use for this paper. I already have used wikipedia. I apologize if I seem rough or harsh which is unbecoming of a slave, but I am at my wits end and thought that my fellow people in the D/s circle may know some sites.

You have a lot of terms that need defining.  Describe what you consider to be a D/s lifestyle.  What kinds of physical contact?  Which STD's?  Further, if the is a work for a college paper, I assume you have someone overseeing your research and most are not going to help you without some contact with this individual.

Is wiki an acceptable form of "research"?   [:D]

Sadly, yes it is in most schools.

Anytime you have skin-to-skin contact there is a risk of STD transmission.  It has nothing to do with lifestyle.

I'd check the CDC, I think it's cdc.gov.  And try the websites for newspapers/magazines, especially one's that specialize on health.  If you can't get onto them or can't get the articles for free, try your local library or school's library, usually they can get on free.

Giving your local planned parenthood office a call may yield some good reference material; they're typically quite non-judgmental.

Research about how to contract an STD to begin with.  Then research about the  lifestyle and what it entails.
Then you will learn in some circles STD's run rampant within them.

There are groups out there who only allow those with herpes to be involved.  That way they don't affect others.
