i am considering breast implants, i am curious if anyone has first hand knowledge, on how they may or maynot effect play. i have done some research, but most research does not include our lifestyle. thank you in advance for sharing advice, and or experience. i have very small breasts, A cup, and am seeking at least a C cup.

Coming from someone who has always had large breast its not all its cracked up to be. men stare at your tits, not you. Some think if you have tits, you must not have a brain. its hard to find button down shirts that fit the breasts but is small enough for a small waist, and the back problems that go with.

i would much rather be smaller and i think people usually have a body that goes together. So when someone is thin they should have the breasts that go with their shape and frame.

just one big titted girls opinion. We envy you too.

what she said.

i have been big breasted most of my life and have enough for 2 women. that being said, having this size isn't easy to carry. sometimes i have a hard time sleeping to slapping strange men's hands away because they was a cop a feel for free.

it's no better within the kink either. i have received messages from hngs asking how large are you breasts ...what's your bra size ...do you have nude pics to do you cam? i want to see your breasts.

i do envy smaller sized women because you don't get oogled or drooled over like i do if i wear clothing which reveals some cleavage.

You really need to consult the surgeon I'd say - use the "martial arts excuse" if youre not happy to reveal the true reasons.

But I would guess that having the implants placed below the muscle rather than above would definitely be better. This costs more, but means the implants are not quite so obvious or presumably so vulnerable.

I had mine done at Laderma in Prague; very good indeed, cant recommend highly enough - low cost, high quality and a week to explore a fabulous city. And, there was no pain at all, (apart from when one of the drains was removed!).

Talk honestly with your plastic surgeon. Believe me - there isn't too much that they haven't heard, and this info. may impact (no pun intended) which implants and placement of said implants.
If you are out of the States, strongly suggest you consider silicon implants. They are much more natural looking and feeling than saline. And in spite of all the hooha several years ago, do not give you auto immune diseases.
Just remember that the implant doesn't last forever. I'm thinking every 10 years is the suggested length of time for changing out the implants. It may be a factor in your decision vis-a-vis ongoing expenses.

surgical nurse here - participated in breast implant, and breast reconstruction surgery.  and i have definite ideas about them.

Also - make sure that your doctor is a plastic surgeon - not a cosmetic surgeon or anything else. Only a plastic surgeon who has gone through the plastic surgery residency and exams is allowed to call himself that.

To address the question : I don't think it will affect your play.  The consequence of play could be rupture.  They do sometimes rupture anyway.  I would imagine that depending on the play there could be more stress than normal on them, but does that mean that they will rupture - no.  It probably isn't addressed specifically in literature, well, for two reasons.  It probably doesn't come up as much, and rupture is a possibility regardless.  I'd imagine plenty of women with implants have fallen or been run into and not burst the implants.  Otherwise you'd probably have found that in your research.  My guess - it'd be fine.

Yes this is not the place fpr advice on implants and how the act under rough play.
Ask the doctor that will do the work direct on how well they are made and hold up
Ask for quality and test data on them Saline is very safe even is the very rare occurrence of a rupture. By the way is they implants are not some back street home made job they will take far more abuse the your tits ever will
