Hi everybody.  i was just thinking the other day about it.  But My partner and I play around with the use of the male chastity device called the Cb 6000, it's not a bad device, surprisingly comforatable once you get used to it.  well we are slowly building to longer and longer periods of use.  we are Half way through a week now, everything seems to be ok so far.  I only take it off when i get home from work to have a shower under supervision of Ess, then it's back on till the next night.

my question is does anyone out there ACTUALLY wear the cb 6000 or something similar 24/7?.  If so have there been any adverse effects?  Has anyone sustained some form of injury whilst using some form of Chastity?.

All I can tell you is that you need to cum about one a month (of course that varies on who is writing the article) for good prostate health. If I understand this correctly long term and I mean over a month or so without cumming increases the risk of prostate cancer. There has been a lot written on this (not the chastity) about prostate heath and cumming so I would recommend doing some search on it, if you want more details.

Wearing a chastity device doesn't necessarily have anything to do with climaxing, the body does that on its own, it isn't something one needs to worry about. Unejaculated sperm is absorbed back into the body, anyway, so I think the "once a month" thing is bogus.

All I am repeating is studies that I have read. Believe it or not, that's why I said to do some research. It can not hurt to find out and if I am right you save yourself potential problems.

Well, depending on what you consider to be "adverse", men need to use it or lose it. If you want good sexual performance from your sub/slave, I'd not keep him in it all the time because once it's gone, it's gone. I have experience with this personally, and it's not pleasant for a sexual critter such as myself to have a man that can't perform.

last i read into it, and i did read a bit though it was at least 8 months ago; regular orgasms can reduce risk, lack of orgasms however will not increase normal risk, and the most common method for the body to remove semen is though urination.

i hear stories of 'keyholders' where people are foolhardy enough to mail the key to some random person online.  assuming that's true, i'm led to believe that in a true 24/7 environment you are able to shower with them on, but as to whether that's true or if it's a big fantasy and they're keeping a separate key for themselves i have no idea.

i'm sure plenty have sustained injury, as apparently there are devices intended to, and people find ways to injure themselves with anything known to man.  i'm sure someone's died of a q-tip before.

lol...yeah, dont stick a q-tip to deep....you just might poke your brain! i have a love for chastity, as far as i know you will only get really horney! the thought of being chaste by the one you love will only make it turn you on that much more. its a lose-lose situation. thats good right?!

Thanks, lots of advice to the right direction .  i am more worried about the medical implications then when I am going to orgasm.  I agree it is healthy to orgasm regularly but i think if there is a surplus then the body will deal with it. 
In our relationship and with me ((Jay)) personally after 3 days i am stir crazy.  Ess can't last much longer either.  So in a week, a good one, I could climax AT LEAST once.  even then I take it off for about an hour or 2 to shower and have some time free before i go back in.  at this pint I think thats ok.  I'll let you know if I have any problems down the line.

and LAFanatic, your spot on. as soon as you puot the device on and you see your missus ((keyholder)) walk out the door, all you think about is sex. nasty nasty sex.  It doesn't help when your erection is restricted aswell.

Last spring, when chastity first became a part of my life, I did a bit of research. At the time, all the press articles seemed to point to this article:
Ejaculation Frequency and Subsequent Risk of Prostate Cancer JAMA. 2004;291:1578-1586

In the abstract was this:

In the discussion in the paper was also this statement:

Now, please bear in mind I am not a medical doctor. I am not doing any more than pointing out where to start some research. If you have any worries, please see a doctor. Don't read this little snippet some random guy (me) posted in an internet forum and think you have your answers.

So, as to answer the OP's question, yes, there are some of us out here that are in 24/7 chastity. Using the CB6000 in fact. As VivaciousSub pointed out, the male sex drive (speaking from personal experience) does have a use it or lose it quality to it. I would imagine the same can be said for females (anyone want to back me up on this?). For my partner and I, though she may keep me in chastity and have me wait weeks between orgasms, it not like she doesn't delight in also keeping me well teased. I think just pure denial would take me somewhere neither of us would like to go. But tease and denial, now that does take us to some pretty wild nights.

Oh, and as far as medical concerns go, assuming you find a proper fit that is tight but allowing for good blood flow, skin care is important. I use A+D Ointment, contains vitamins A and D as well as lanolin, to keep the skin from drying out. Something to keep in mind if you find yourself in chastity for more than a couple days.

Yep, it's the same for women. In fact, we stop thinking about sex altogether and start thinking about mundane things like home decor, work, the weather, and obtaining more kitties. I know when I'm not having sex on a regular basis or at least keeping myself happy ([;)]), I end up with the latent sexuality of a coffee table. It takes me awhile to 'come back to life' - no pun intended! - in that case.

I used to wear a cb2000 for up to a week at a time then usually got a break for a day or so then back in it. My experience with long term chastity was a love hate one. I LOVED the control, i LOVED my Mistress having complete control over me even touching it. I went up to thirty days between releases and then it was usually a milking or my Mistress used me for a forced bi session. It also strengthened the bond we shared as her slave and property, worked as a constant reminder of my place and her owership/power over me.

What i didn't like was that is became seriously uncomfortable at times, the base ring would dig into the skin under my balls and burn, it really hurt and not in a good way. I used oil and cream, tried different ring sizes, got it more comfortable but it was still an issue for long term. My Mistress gave me more breaks but under supervision. I also ride a sport bike and road race cars as a hobby, the belt made riding very difficult at times as well as racing. The racing harness ran right over the belt having it dig into me. My biggest issue with chastity was comfortable. If they made one that is more comfortable it would have been much more love then hate.

As far as health issues i was allowed release of some sort at least every thirty days, she wanted me to go up to six months between releases and was doing research to find out about safety. The relationship ended at that point so we never got very far with that.
