Honestly, it makes my back, thighs and knees ache (not to mention I feel as if I am going to do the man beneath me some serious damage) so I avoid it as much as possible. Disappointing to hear that it makes your back, thighs and knees ache, Lady K, because I share the OP's implicit fondness for the activity concerned. (One of those many things a man wrongly takes for granted just must be loved by his female partner, I guess.) However, you could be right about the "serious damage" thing. Done with not enough weight taken by the woman, I've felt a worrying pressure on my cheekbones at times - and I've always figured cheekbones aren't designed to take such levels of weight . . .
