I'm looking for black, red, or white outlined criss-cross pasties, does anyone know where to find them? I'd like to find some just like these:

Electrical tape isn't going to work and I really don't want to make anything myself.

You said electrical tape isn't going towork.  Why?  I've successfully used electrical tape in the past and other than leaving red marks for a day or so, was just fine.  And inexpensive! 
Beyond that,I'd try Hot Topic or Spencers.

Thanks Cali, I saw those and they are the shape I want but I'm hoping to find some that aren't latex. I'd like some that are a little straighter around the edges and look a little less crafty. I know I'm being REALLY  nitpicky here but I'm going for a really polished and put together look. I'm not sure I can find what I want.

Thanks for the suggestions. See my note to Cali. Normally electrical tape would work just fine (and god knows it would stay on!) but it's not quite what I'm looking for.
