I reckon you have probably just torn yourself. Believe it or not this can cause spotting for several days after, as being in the place it is when you walk it moves, and also peeing on it.
Genital tearing's and such usually heal quite quickly. To make the peeing side abit more bearable try pouring water in the area at the same time. Also a good idea if you think you have a UTI as could pass bacteria onto the cut.
Try wearing loose slacks and cottons pants for a while to.

Also advisable to say away from sex and anything else going to close to the area for a good week or so.

No offense to the student-nurse-in-training, but with a visible tear plus pain on urination, you really should see a medical professional.

I didnt say she shouldnt Calif, i was advising her on what to do until she see's her doctor. As she has already mentioned, she will go when she can.

I would imagine it depends on how much natural lubrication you produce. I am exceptionally naturally lubricated even when I'm not excited, and have never needed lube for fisting.

When i was fisted i tore in the area between the vagina and anus, same area they often cut for child birth. It bled a little for a few days but healed qucikly.

well, im not a nurse in training, i am a nurse, OP.  my strongest suggestion is not to wait, but to go to the Dr as soon as you can.  yes, these things can heal on their own.. eventually.  they can also scar and get infected.  and, as you describe, you dont know how far the tear went.  it could even have damaged your cervix.  why girls play aroound when they are injured, i have no clue.

Are we sure it was the labia and not just the perenium? Just a thought, when I have torn in the past it was always back, not forward and it heals with time and patience.
 
As to fisting stretching you out; nope, not a problem here. It isn't something that we do often, I am often sore after, but I absolutely love the feeling of Daddy's hand inside me. I have given birth and I liken the feeling of him finally getting past his knuckles as similar to the feeling of the baby crowning. It is a powerful experience and one that I recommend, when done with care.

your have tear something inportant . i know you want this to happen but it is not always meant to be. if your still bleeding you need to have ahpla pay for a very real visit to a real doctor who  has a specail interest in anal injuries . please do this it is danger to still be bleeding do not waitt to long /

Just stopping by to say that I have an appointment with the student health center next Tuesday. I know I'm making them work on election day, but they've been out sick for two weeks now, I think they can dedicate a few minutes to the students whose insurance depends on them. It's been enough of a wait. I guess what goes down there will decide what happens next. As for the state of things down there- no more soreness, no more stinging when I pee, a little bruising. Still haven't tried inserting anything but I won't until I talk to a professional. Again, thanks to everyone who posted their thoughts for me.

Good to hear that you are on the mend.  I was frightened at the thought of "something giving way". 

What a terrible irony, the Student Health Center closed for over 2 weeks due to illness.  [:(]

my first fisting experience was in a public dungeon, and the Dominant doing the fisting is extremely well known in our area and has the reputation of being a Great fister.  He told me that the secret to a good fisting is using 4 times more lube than You think You need  [:D]
