Once you have pneumonia or any other major lung issue, it leaves scarr tissue. Cold air (any air if clean) is good for ya, it only hurts when your body tries to warm it or if the cold air hits a scarred area. Get a chest x-ray. Allergies can do the same. Indoor or out. Did you change office buildings, get a new carpet, pet, sweater, even change teas? Do you buy non-organic (god knows what dirty farm/factory/chemicals added place came from) meats? Have you ever been tested for TB? Could be many various things, but at all costs do avoid babying it too much by stopping all cardio/lung excercize. A stretched lung is a happy, healthy lung.
