Ok. so we have discussed how to torture your nipples, my question is how do you care for them afterwards? It's cold here in Minnesota so after a play session when I go outside.. ouch!. Does anyone have any tips for healing their tender nips ;)

vaseline, it protects them from clothes rubbing and prevents drying and cracking

Vasaline is good for chaffing, but is only a barrier. For good aftercare and nut allergy safe (now containing maize oil) use Kamilosan. Its used primarily by breatfeeding mothers but is good for anyone and helps with chaffing, moisturising and contains chamomile. Peace and Love

Use pure lanolin which can be found in any pharmacy. It is used for nursing mothers and is pure relief for extremely sore and even cracked nipples

How about vitamin E oil? But I admit the fur lined bra sounds good too.

Cocoa butter also appears to work well in healing.

I was going to suggest something like darkangel mentioned, a lotion made for nursing mothers. These types of products generally have very few ingredients and work wonderfully. I think there's a line called "mama mia" or something that's supposedly great. ~Ms. A~

Listening with interest. ... About 2 weeks ago i woke with one sore nipple. Now since i haven't played in what feels like eons, i know it wasn't that, but wondered if i'd gotten a "bit" carried with those lovely dreams i have sometimes at night..lol. However, it's getting worse, and suspect i really need to see a doctor (and a doctor's office is my second least fav place to be) my poor budget might get over 2005, in 3-4 years..lol. Vitamin E, Lanolin, and Aloe Vera. Don't forget to take your Vitamin E pills as well. After all, healing form the inside out is how the body heals itself. If bleeding, cuts, abrasions, or anthing of the sort is there, antibiotic ointments may be needed as well. If you end up with sever swelling and or any puss, be sure to see a Doctor ASAP. When you get home, give your Dom the Bill and kick him in the nuts.

Besides the fur lined bra... How bout salt water soaks.. they work wonders... 1/8th tsp non-iodinized sea salt to 8oz purified water. krikket.. are you nips pierced? Well either way that might help. I forgot, in my mood earlier, to post that for sore nipples. Don't wait too long before you get to the Doc's though ok.. ~sub
