My Lady does it not only because it is a mark of Her ownership (if I can use that word as I am not collared) of me. 

She likes it and that is most important.  I like it and that is secondary...but I am thankful that She finds that notable.  [;)]

I think that the practice of training submissive men to dress and look  like women just strengthens the traditional gender roles, feeding the stereotype that being  feminine is being submissive . I would prefer that submissive men would try to please the ladies in other ways, as to looks by training their muscles and keeping fit. But the choice of panties can be whatever, they are such a private thing.

Just to note, I've known a couple of male Dom's who enjoyed crossdressing as well.[:D]

I think it has to do with the "taboo" factor coupled with the fact that women's clothing is usually softer and more sensual feeling than a man's. At least that is what my malesub tells me.

Look, it's pretty obvious that many, many people sexualise womens' underwear.  That's why the 'man-bra' joke from the Seinfeild show was funny. The bra (and all other garments  *we* think of as womens' underwear) evocates strong reactions in a lot of people -- every conceivable use has doubbtless been made by people about womens' underwear anywhere women actually have some.
 
Here's a question for you, Aneirin.
 
How come we don't see the same sexualisation of men's underwear?  Or do you think we do?

i agree and yes the fabrics the feel and the softness and theree wearing it under your clothes and your wondering if any one notices them
