If anyone is going to Paddles this week (is it open this week?) and has a camera phone, would you be willing to take pictures of the steps for me? We have a friend who is in a wheelchair and needs to know what he's up against in navigating the stairs. Thanks so much in advance... fate

Dear Fate- the stairs at paddles are wide, uniform, and well lit- but it's at least two flights down with a180 turn (at a wide landing) in the middle... I think there might be elevator access, if you ask the management- try emailing micheal through their website... Stay warm, Lawrence

I would find the stairs impossible- steep. If there's an elevator that would be good. Pity I can't make it this weekend, you need to let me know your plans earlier!
