There were a few items on conservative media this weekend that deserve notation.
Bill O'Reilly has been making some stops on other talk shows recently, with The View and Letterman being a couple. Well, as it turns out, he made those appearances so an audience of democrat and republican viewers could rate his words using those handheld "mood meters" that news outlets use during presidential debates. He showed the results on his own show on Friday. Just goes to show he wants that "Obama rock star" thing sooo bad, to the extent he goes out and creates it himself using a technique reserved for presidential debates. More proof he is going to collapse from the weight of his own head someday.
Last nite on Huckabee (Gov Mike Huckabee's new show on Fox), he had a question and answer period with members of the live audience. One woman asked him how he thought the media would treat Obama after the election, should Obama win. After a few sentences into the reply, Huckabee said "I think the media will return to what the media does best with respect to Presidents, and it will skin him alive". Right after he said it, he knew he said something very KKK-ish. And at the end of the segment, he said "Thanks for the great questions,.... I know thw answers weren't so hot, but..."
