It seems lately in the last few years with out fail, the first time it starts getting cold and raining,I come down with a stuffy nose that alternates being so stuffed I can't breath, to draining a slow and steady tiny drip, sneezing and sore throat, and that annoying underwater sound congested heads get, and decreased hearing from the congestion. And of course the complimentary green snot, I have to hack up, when I wake up from being congested all night

And no I'm not around other sick people, so no one in my family gave it to me. It just happens.

Exposing yourself to cold and believing you'll catch a cold from this I think is a myth just like cow saliva cures baldness.

It's not being in the cold which makes you more susceptible but experiencing changes in temperature, for example going from a cold place into a hot one and vice versa. It's this change in your body's metabolism which makes your immune system especially vulnerable to anaerobic germs and viruses (transmitted through breathing).

During winters in Poland the heating on trains is turned up so it's usually very warm inside the train. However on the platform you can be waiting in subzero temperatures. This is why Poles typically undress themselves immediately after they get on the train, otherwise you run the risk of catching a cold or coming down with the flu.

Incidentally it was a well-known Polish doctor who claimed that cow saliva cured baldness and it wasn't uncommon to see bald men in the countryside trying to kneel beside cows in fields trying to do anything to get them to lick their heads. I don't think any of these men were cured, though some claimed that the strands of hair they combed across their heads to cover their bald patch grew.

What you describe might not be a cold, it could be allergies or a sinus problem.

From http://www.webmd.com/cold-and-flu/understanding-common-cold-symptoms
One to three days after catching a cold virus, symptoms begin suddenly. They start with a burning feeling in the nose or throat. Next comes sneezing, a runny nose, and the feeling of being tired and unwell. For the first few days, your nose teems with watery nasal secretions. Later, these become thicker and darker. Dark mucus does not necessarily mean that you have developed a bacterial infection. You may get a mild cough. It won't get much worse, but it is likely to last into the second week of your illness. If you suffer from chronic bronchitis, a cold will make it worse. If you are coughing up dark material -- or if you are feeling a lot of distress low down in your lungs -- you may have a bacterial infection. These symptoms can also be caused by a cold virus other than a rhinovirus.

Yup, that's me, and today  was burning up and bright pink for more than an hour, untill I took some theraflu day time cold stuff. And yesterday I slept for like 5hours strait and when I woke up I STILL felt tired and ran down.

This will all go away in about a week or two normally like colds do also.

Nope! Colds are caused by germs, not temperatures.  And no, being cold doesn't make you more likely to pick up germs, either.
