it depends on the drug, the age of the person, the body type of the person, the persons diet, if they drink, smoke, do drugs. if work properly: androcur = penis dead in a short period of time. zero functionality this is a very strong drug. your in usa they will not prescribe this drug there. not fda approved. spironolactone = very little damage but over time same effect as androcur. you need one of those suppressants for the premarin (estrogen) to work. if you want your penis to work get implants and forget hormones. hormones are for those who plan surgery and it sounds that you dont want that. dosage varies by person and some drugs may not have affect on the person at all. thus why there is a variety of hormone therapy out there. do not buy online, get a prescription from an endocrinologist so you can be treated properly and monitored properly. taking hormones by yourself like many transsexuals do lead to lethal side effects due to wrong dosage (too high) and poor care. you need to go to family dr to get referred to endocrinologist. you may need to see a psychiatrist for a year first before getting approval of hormone replacement therapy. (thus why many trans do it themselves and hurt their bodies) i did not..as im not trans. being intersexed i didnt have to follow any standards of care. but this is why you need to get to an endo.
