Status: offline 		Might anyone know about a device that i can only describe as a "head box"? It's a box that is placed over a slave's head and locked there, usually with an opening door in the front or openings for the mouth. i'm really curious about this idea and wonder if it's sold anywhere or just something i have to make myself..sooo many possibilities with a thing like that.

Status: offline 		When i first read this post i was thinking it would be fun trying to make one. But from what i was envisioning was a box that could be worn when in the up right position. And i was thinking of the complication from keeping the box bouncing around and breaking the nose.

Status: offline 		For keeping the box stationary, a fairly snug neck opening and a lot of padding works- I spent some time carving up an old foam mattress, leaving the foam large enough that it's compressed slightly when the head is in place.

Status: offline 		i wasn't refering to out of ideas, to me the idea of the box over the head is so the head is in a void. And to me filling it with foam, would be the same as a hood with zippers.
So i am guess misunderstood what the OP was seeking. Forgive me

Status: offline 		Ah, fair enough; I was thinking of it in terms of having a solid, lockable container enclosing the head, but I could certainly be wrong in terms of the OP. I was just tossing out my idea since I have built one. The solid container combined with the oversized foam gives a sense of compression and isolation, more like an inflatable or padded hood. Another interesting aspect is that I drilled one of the faceplates for a doggie ball mounted on a length of PVC, so there is a gag mounted pretty rigidly in place, which is an unusual feeling.

Interesting question, I'm not sure how I'd address that with an empty space around the head. I'd probably take the easy way out and mount some wrist cuffs to the sides.

Status: offline 		the ones i've seen, and was picturing, have all been steel constructions. If that's the case I'd simply go to a local metal worker, that way you should get what you want and at 'labour rates' rather than 'fetish mark-up'.

Status: offline 		Check out the book "Perfect Victim" by Christine Mcguire. A true account of a young lady kidnapped and kept in a "head box". The descriptions of the box as well as other BDSM items used by the kidnapper are well detailed.
