This black rubber flogger has 18 tails/strands (or blades) that make up the fall. Each tail is 18 inches long, 1/2 wide and tapered to a point on the end.

The black rubber handle is 5 1/4 inch long and a little over an inch in diameter. The black rubber loop handle is 8 inches long and 3/4 inch wide.

Used one time. Bought for US $72.00. Here is url to actual product

Yep, it's sold. (Thank you for the fast payment) I went to mail it today and forgot the mail wasnt running for Veterans Day. I will get to the PO tomorrow after work.
