It's fine if I want to go for a night NOT sleeping and achy.  All of my past partners were interested in doing this, but wanted to sleep in positions that didn't lend itself to long stretches of not moving and I'm picking about how I get to sleep.  Ultimately they decided it wasn't worth the effort.
