At a kink club in Arizona (DD), we are studying everything associated with the barrier
rule. The barrier rule has been in effect at DD for at least the last 7 years. It is basically to protect members from transmission of STDs, infections from one member to another.

We are studying the legal impact of having a barrier rule or not as part of this work.

My question to this wonderful group is; has anyone heard of any kink club(s) being sued for the transmission of STDs or AIDS from one member to another?

I'd contact the National Coalition for Sexual Freedom and see if they have any stats.
