Hopefully not going to be an issue legally, especially if they mention and link to the source--as I said, it might be considered a form of advertising. Perhaps analogous to radio play? Just...would be more comfortable if it was voluntary on the part of the publisher and/or the photographer and/or the model in advance. I don't think the folks who produce Men in Pain and the various other affiliated kink sites are real lawyer-happy, but...*shrug* Probably just something I'm over-sensitive to as a photographer. There's an issue of courtesy, honesty and respect involved, even if there are no direct legal consequences. Some people create this stuff as their livelihood, with the understanding that you're going to support them if you enjoy the work. It's not such an issue for me, because I do my photography for pleasure and self-expression rather than using it to pay my bills, but I try to respect people who are trying to make it pay.
