I build websites for a living. For a long time now I've been hearing the same things from clients:
- "we want to update the pages ourselves to keep costs down and content up-to-date"
- "we really don't like dealing with hosting companies or byzantine phone help systems"
- "we don't want to deal with HTML - it should just work."
