I've noticed Canada and other countries have bed & dungeon hotels.I think this idea is really cool.Does anyone know of any located in the USA?What states would this be legal in?Here's an example I found in Canada: http://www.warmbuns.ca/

There was one in Michigan run by someone here on CM, but I can't seem to remember the name. I believe it closed though because the people running it split. So actually, this is no help whatsoever in answering your question.

it was always a fantasy of mine to open up one somewhere in the states, if i had the business experience, it would be the perfect type of job, where you can be completly yourself at your job! and i would imagine so many people wanting to go. i did check out a lot of sites online for them, but not many in the US, i think i did find one or two in CA..

So am I understanding it right that there is only one 'set' of guests there at a time? Like one couple or group?

I wish there were places in the U.S. that are more accessible!! A mini hi-jack based on the OP... Hypothetically speaking... Would you be willing to rent a Casita in the Southwest Desert (Arizona or New Mexico) that is on a Ranch setting catering to BDSM? In the Casita would have all Southwest and Cowboy designs with an interesting art piece made out of iron that could double as a cross. Metal eye bolts in the most interesting places in the Casita. A large bathroom with an open shower stall that has a big bench for "wet activities." A private desert trail with interesting branding irons that have been sitting in the desert sun at various places on the trail. A private open area in the desert perfect for 'staking' or other various outdoor activities. A desert trail that doubles as a Pony track and able to accommodate a carriage. A large outdoor swimming pool and spa for nude sunbathers and water bondage. A huge indoor dungeon that can be rented for private gatherings or open to all guests. A dining hall that can accommodate slaves on the floor or hung in various poses as 'atmosphere' while dining on cuisine by a very skilled Chef. Just curious...if it was built...would you come?

That sounds like a cool idea.If I had a reason to visit AZ.I would stay there.

I know of one Bed & Breakfast Dungeon in the US. Its about an hour south of Cleveland Ohio. http://www.angelfire.com/blog/ohiodungeon/page7.html

There was a Bed and Breakfast with dungeon in Seattle. However, I looked for their web site and it's appears to no longer be active. I did hear that one of the people who owned it passed away a few years ago. Perhaps the other partner closed it down. Anyway..it was called the Gypsy Arms and was a business for several years. Sad...I really hoped to go there one day.

I knew of three, but am not sure if they are still around. There was one on 26 acres in northern W Va, west of Martinsburg, where the local munch groupWHIP had meetings and parties; it closed down a few years back and was supposed to reopen, but I don't know if it ever did. In MD there was a BDSM and ponyplay B&B, also with a lot of land around with pony trails and so on. It was featured in the film "Born in a Barn" about ponyplay but it, too, closed and I don't know if it ever reopened. More recently in the Poconos of PA there was a BDSM inn that was supposed to be open in 2007 but I don't know its name nor whether it ever did open.

That place in Ohio sounds great... although I am not sure I want to share 'toys' with previous guests... It would be close enough for a weekend getaway from here. I think I'll put this on my 'to visit' list right after the 'Sybaris' hotels.

I am checking out the ohio one online, I am a bit disturbed that they talk about providing insertable toys, ect I would never use insertable or fluid bonded toys that others have used.
