Sloppy, why was the bag not tethered ? I mean when working over water, toolbags are tethered, sometimes tools too, at height, the same, space, it should go without question. Ah well, they are'nt paying for it, you lot are.

A radiostation here has rented an observatory. They have draws for tickets to a special "toolbag viewing". The telescope is already trained on the thing.
