Status: offline 		Since I never dry ANY of my clothes, no matter what they are in the dryer, and I hate trekking out to the laundry line since it's always wet and muddy andpoopy back there, I thought this was a perfect find. Before this to dry items I'd drape them over the backs of clothing hangers and air dry them in the garage. I was also going to find a way to put a clothes line in here too lol.

Status: offline 		I wish I had a dryer - we aren't allowed clotheslines and drying clothes is really an issue for me....I tend to hang everything on hangers to dry, except stuff like towels which I hang on the towel racks, but that means I can't ever wash everything at once because there is no room to dry it all...

Status: offline 		They have camping clothes lines that are portable and you take them down after you're done. And you can then dry things in the privacy of your own place, inside away from" the eyes that don't allow it"

Status: offline 		I have a dryer, but I also have a drying rack.  It is wooden with several bars to drape things, and I mostly use it to dry sweaters and other more fragile items that should not be thrown in the dryer. It also breaks down (folds up or collapses in, I should say), so that it can be easily stored agianst the wall in My laundry room.
Is the the type of drying rack you found?  If so, $40 sounds like a lot of money to Me.  Especially at Walmart.

it's plastic frame and mesh shelves and there's a stack of three one on top of the other. It's pretty big too, the picture of it on the box showed it holding like 10 to 15 items.

Think this one, but only there's 3 platforms instead of one.

Status: offline 		I've never lived in a home owners association house, but my DAddy's brother does, and yeah they kind of suck. David and Suzanne have to pay 500 dollars for failure to landscape their yard, which is one of the rules of the HOA. And now they have to pay 50 dollars a week for continueing to fail to submit plans to landscape.

Status: offline 		Well, I had a choice of staying in an apartment, which I didn't want to do, because then I could not rescue cats ($300 PER CAT deposit/fee in the apartment) or buying a townhouse in an HOA area.  I do not think I would have been able ever to buy a "regular" house by myself and now that I lost my job I am glad I didn't because my mortgage is less than a lot of people's rent (after 6 years of owning).

Status: offline 		Yup, yup. Yup/ When Daddy and I are finally ready to get a house, we're looking at renting one. They had some majorly NICE houses I am talking 2 bath 3 bedroom and a yard, and it wasn't a duplex, for as much if not less than an apartment was. I remember one place was a thoughsand dollars a month and I found something just like it for 800 a month.

I've never lived on my own though, it's always been living with mom and dad or living in a group home when I Was a kid then back to mom and dad when I got out of the system..

We went trhough a horrid time when we were apartment hunting. All cost tons of money all had pet restrictions of some kind, so that even if the place was only say 300 dollars, we didn't qualify to live there.

I am ever so greatful my parents are not in a hurry to have us leave lol. Infact my dad says we're welcome to stay here for 5 or 6 years even if we wanted to as long as we don't make pests of ourselves* and yes we pay rent*
