How often do you encounter timewasters on these forums, or simply guys that claim to be subs but are in fact rude, obnoxious and abusive? I find it's quite rare, but every now and again you get an imbecile that doesn't believe he should have to pay a tribute to a pro-domme, or gets catty because you think it highly suspicious that someone the other side of the world wants to 'serve' you! What has been the most ridiculous/obnoxious contact you've had from someone claiming to be a submissive?

I just spend an hour going back and forth with a guy here messaging. he seemed like good material and he agreed that I ought to have full control ... and then the bottom fell out. I ask if he had problems with me controlling the circumstances under with he spent time with friends and family. he said no and that he would expect me even to hold the phone while he talk to them. I responded that I did not expect to be THAT controlling (i.e. slaves ought to be able to hold their own phone reciever; while I might say "you got 5 minutes to talk") and he proceeded to walked off from the conversation. Considering my circumstances (see profile) I think expectation is reasonable. MstrPBK St. Paul MN

In my time here I've found that the rude, obnoxious and abusive ones don't seem to stay around for all that long. When I think about it, to a pro-domme, I'd probably be considered a time-waster as well... Though I don't think I'm rude, obnoxious or abusive... I'm just not into pros...[8\|]

Princess Kaz, As a practical matter, all the worst stories I've heard (where things went horribly, amazingly, beyond-evil wrong for the domme) have been related to financial domination gone bad. "GoddessMine," anyone? Given that the first few words of your profile are that you are looking for "loser pigs," even though CollarMe is supposedly a personals site, not a business advertising site, you might be creating your own problems.

This sort of stuff goes with the territory . While I always strive to be courteous , I don't allow them to waste my time for long ... delete and block - the ultimate time savers !

My experience is that when you're looking for "loser pigs" you'll get loser pigs....what's your problem? You got what you're looking for.

In fact, you will find that you attract very few clients because the men here come looking for either relationships, or free kinky sex. I do encounter a lot of time wasters, but since I go from chat to realtime meetings ASAP, I haven't lost much! As far as rudeness goes, I find that most men are polite and decent. The more insecure they are, the nastier they can get. The nastiest, of course, are those that I refuse to go out with. [;)]

Also it's not just subs. Had this one dom message me and one thing that drives me crazy is when people respond as if they were talking on Yahoo or MSN and that's what she was doing. Lots of messages saying yes, uh-huh okay, you get the picture. Now I've changed the profile since but it still remain, I'm not interested in online domination. But that's what she was looking for even though it said on my profile I wasn't for that she still responded and then when I told that she said I was wasting her time. It's like 1 how do you respond to one word messages and why don't people read add before responding.

I would take anything that site says with an even bigger grain of salt then wikipedia. They tend to exagreate things to make things look worse than it actually is(see their entry on Renetto from Youtube. Yikess!!!!) but it's entertaining and they hit what moneydoms really are in the first paragraph.

They left out the parts of the story titled "FBI," "IRS," and "losing her teaching job." The word "sucks" doesn't quite cover it.

The general principle here is you get back what you put in. If you're going to put up a negative profile being disrespectful to your potential clientele, i.e. submissives in your opening sentence then your not going to encourage many people to be respectful back to you, and you're advertising to the lower end of the subs market, the HNGs, the fantasists, the timewasters and the losers. Also if you're a Pro-Domme and you're using Collarme as your main advertising option of getting subs, sorry to break it to you, but the vast majority of subs who are serious and who do pay aren't going to treat you seriously. If you're going to be a Pro-Domme, then be a Pro-Domme, but at least look the part and put the work in to advertise in the right places in the right manner. I mean, how long did it take you to think up your profile? 10 minutes? It shows. ETA: Oh and a better attitude wouldn't go amiss either.

... Niteflirt strikes again. NF is like money dom heaven .. I mean, think about it ... Grab some fake pics of a cute girl, throw up a website with a nasty attitude and charge men upwards of $10 a minute to speak to you. The sad thing is, it works. I have even had submissive men on THIS site message me and ask me if I would be willing to go to NF and turn them into "pay pigs" ... Make fun of these women if you want but in the end, they've probably got a pretty good gig running. For as long as it lasts, anyway. [:D] PS This post was not directed at RedMagic but at pretty much anyone who get their panties in a twist about NF girls. [:)]

Already been said, mostly: if you advertise for the lowest common denominator on a free site, you get timewasters. Also, I've never understood the Financial Domme business model. Why not start a subscription-based pay site with an exorbitant monthly fee? $200 for every 30 days. That way, you don't have to chase people down: they either sign up and get to look at content, or they don't. And if they want one-on-one time, they can call your $10/min Niteflirt. From what I gather about Money Dommes, many of them have inefficient systems (usually because of a lack of originality/laziness.)
